In this role, you will be responsible for strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that drive sales of Syntegrity’s proprietary approach to solve complex organizational problems. This position works closely with the company’s leadership team and reports to the President. The marketing director will also manage external marketing partners and agencies. The role will require someone who easily moves between high level campaign strategy to execution to optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Create strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the business development team to determine the right objectives, strategies and activities necessary to achieve business and revenue goals.
  • Drive brand awareness and help establish industry thought leadership market positioning for Syntegrity.
  • Plan and execute a variety of integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to engage and convert interested parties into marketing qualified leads.
  • Create key messaging strategies and target customer personas for different stages of the buyer’s journey to optimize sales funnel conversion.
  • Develop and curate campaign assets such as white papers, infographics, blogs, case studies, eBooks, webinars, landing page content, web content, advertising copy, etc. in cooperation with internal subject matter experts and outside agency partners.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to increase ROI.
  • Manage a team of inside salespeople to leverage marketing tools to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Develop and coach the inside sales team members to be more effective in the execution of lead generation.
  • Stay current with evolving digital marketing trends and tools to make relevant marketing technology investments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in marketing services, including proficiency in the marketing of professional services. Preferred degree in Marketing, Communications, Strategy, Business or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience building and executing strategic B2B marketing plans with demonstrable impact.
  • Well-rounded marketer with demonstrated competency in SEO, SEM, retargeting, Google Analytics, email marketing, webinar, event, and social media best practices.
  • Experience working seamlessly and collaboratively with business development function and agency partners.
  • Significant experience with marketing automation (preferably Pardot) including lead scoring and nurturing.
  • At least 3 years experience managing a team of direct reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter who is both data-driven and creative and can build compelling campaigns that build brand, engage prospects, and optimize performance.
