The GM brought us in to help with mobilizing her team in the creation of a brand-new strategic plan that would evolve the organization to succeed in leading their industry category. The 3-day Syntegration brought together 40 experts from across the organization as well as 3 external partners to align on priority initiatives, question assumptions and sacred cows, and make the tradeoffs necessary to transition to a profitable growth plan.
The Leadership team co-created and aligned around its growth strategy and action plan. This also afforded the incoming GM with an early opportunity to influence the plan, establish new cultural norms and build trust with the team.
